Hawksford appoints Global Head of People

Hawksford has appointed Sharon De Mendonca as global head of people to lead and develop the strategic direction of the HR function and to support on business deliverables.

A HR professional for more than 20 years, Sharon boasts a wealth of experience in people strategy, talent management, performance management, succession planning and engagement.  She has been involved in the delivery of acquisitions across multiple locations and has extensive experience of successfully building operational capability, leading change and influencing and engaging across all levels of business.

Sharon will be responsible for a team based across Jersey and Asia.

Sharon holds a Masters and Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and has previously held roles at First Names Group, Ogier and Ogier Fiduciary Services.
