Global service provider Hawksford has further strengthened its proposition in the UAE market, having been officially appointed as an international service provider of the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC), a leading international business district that drives the flow of global trade through Dubai.

The signing of the agreement significantly enhances Hawksford’s reputation and visibility in the region and highlights its strategic commitment to facilitating high-quality trade and investment flows through the UAE.

Under the terms of the agreement, Hawksford becomes an ‘approved international service provider’ and will work collaboratively with the DMCC to encourage corporate registrations, support business expansion strategies and attract foreign direct investment into Dubai, with an emphasis on the technology and sustainability sectors.

Working closely with its well-established teams in the UK and Singapore, the agreement will also see Hawksford support greater trade flows across the UK-GCC-ASEAN corridor.

Headquartered in Dubai, DMCC is one of the most interconnected business districts in the world and a leading global hub for trade, enterprise and innovation. Today, DMCC is home to over 25,000 companies from across the globe, representing a wide range of sectors including commodities, technology, technology, sustainability and professional services.

The agreement comes just over a year since Hawksford formally opened its office in Dubai, where its Global Solutions team specialises in supporting the global expansion strategies of corporate clients through a broad and comprehensive range of services.

Commenting on the new agreement with the DMCC, Tommaso Barindelli, Head of Business Development, Dubai at Hawksford, said:
