Global corporate, private client, and fund services provider Hawksford has completed its acquisition of the Netherlands operation of Equiom, further expanding its reach and strengthening its service offering in supporting corporate clients in Europe.

The acquisition aligns with Hawksford’s global growth strategy to enhance its presence in key markets using its extensive on-the-ground knowledge and global network to deliver compliance and expansion support to corporate clients across Europe and worldwide.

The acquisition will see Equiom’s well-established Netherlands team integrate into Hawksford’s existing Amsterdam operations, significantly enhancing Hawksford’s European team and service capabilities.

Hawksford established a presence in the Netherlands in 2023 and provides a comprehensive range of services to corporate clients, from multinational corporations to family-owned and early-stage growth businesses, while also providing access to global expertise and experience in key regions through its network across Asia, EMEA, the UK and the Caribbean.
