Hawksford’s Corporate services team in Jersey recently supported AIR Global, the world’s largest flavoured shisha molasses producer and owner of the iconic Al Fakher brand, with the successful closing of its listing on Nasdaq.
Now trading on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol ‘AIIR’, AIR – formally known as Advanced Inhalation Rituals – reported US$399.7 million in revenue and US$139.3 million in adjusted EBITDA for 2025. Headquartered in Dubai, the business is a global innovative leader in social inhalation with a presence in over 90 markets.
In particular, Hawksford’s team in Jersey supported the pre-listing restructuring process, including formation of Jersey companies, as well as assistance and support throughout listing. In addition, the team is providing ongoing corporate administration services, including registered office services, to the listed entity.
