Vicky Mills Shortlisted in the CityWealth Future Leader Awards 2019

Hawksford Director Vicky Mills has been shortlisted as ‘Trustee of the year – Director’ in the CityWealth Future Leaders Awards 2019.

The awards, now in its fifth year, champions young professionals in the wealth sector and highlight the leaders under 40 of today and tomorrow. A panel of industry experts has come together to decide on the shortlist for this award and it is now up to the public to decide who will win this prestigious accolade. 

Vicky is a Director within the private client team and is responsible for establishing and administering a portfolio of trusts, companies and Foundation structures.  Vicky is currently responsible for the oversight of a team of private client administrators managing a diverse range of HNW and UHNW clients with varying assets including property, super yachts and artwork and spread across a number of jurisdictions. On a daily basis Vicky is focused on continual reviews, implementing professional policies and procedures, providing excellent communication & client service, billing, accounts preparation, and performance review and training. 

Vicky is a strong advocate of women in Leadership,  she undertakes mentoring and coaching within the Private Client team in order to support and progress women at Hawksford.  Within the last 12 months Vicky has promoted two women in her team into senior positions and her management team is made up of 60% women. 

As a business Hawksford strongly advocate women in senior positions with our Private Client Associate Director group made up entirely of women. Darren Kelland, Global Head of Private Client Services at Hawksford has commented:
