Dario is Hawksford’s Managing Director for Singapore and South East Asia. He also manages a strategic portfolio of clients in China and Hong Kong.

Dario started his career in Hong Kong in 2003 working for an international law firm. He has extensive experience in assisting foreign investments into China, Hong Kong and South East Asia, advising clients in connection to various aspects ranging from corporate, commercial to labour law.

Senior Investment Manager, Invest Victoria

Invest Victoria is the investment facilitation government agency of the State of Victoria in Australia. Sharifah works with Southeast Asian companies to connect them to commercial opportunities in Victoria and Melbourne. In this session, Sharifah will share how companies can tap into the services of Invest Victoria to expand and scale into Victoria and share recent case studies of companies from Asia that have anchored themselves in Victoria.

NSW Trade and Investment Director

Janice is the Trade & Investment Director for Investment NSW based in Singapore. She was previously with Austrade Singapore as a sector lead for Food and Agribusiness, where she facilitated the trade and investment agenda under the Australia-Singapore Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.

Before that, she was an Assistant Director at Singapore's Ministry of Trade and Industry, supporting Singapore's policy and industry development initiatives.

Jeremy is MinterEllison's International Managing Partner based in Melbourne, Australia. He has overall responsibility for the firm's relationship with foreign clients, networks and correspondent firms. Jeremy also has an extensive corporate practice, advising in multiple jurisdictions across industry sectors including energy, infrastructure, financial services, health and consumer brands.
