Hawskford adopts fair and progressive employment practices

Hawksford is proud to announce that we have adopted the Tripartite Standards in Singapore, pledging commitment in practising fair and progressive employment practices.

Hawksford's Tripartite pledgeThe Tripartite Standards is a new initiative that distinguishes Singapore’s progressive employers. There are currently seven Tripartite Standards covering different functional areas, and each specifies a set of verifiable and actionable practices which employers adopt.

Hawksford has adopted three Tripartite Standards that are relevant to our workplace environment. 

  • Tripartite Standard on Recruitment Practices - Job applicants are assessed and hired based on a set of fair, merit-based and inclusive selection criteria.
  • Tripartite Standard on Grievance Handling – Employers have policies and proper grievance handling procedures in place to manage workplace grievances and build an inclusive and harmonious workplace.
  • Tripartite Standard on Flexible Work Arrangements - Flexible Work Arrangements (FWAs) are available for employees, so that they may apply for them to better manage their work-life needs.

Tripartite Standards adoption gives Hawksford access to TAFEP’s wide range of resources, workshops, seminars and conferences.
