Hawksford is delighted to once again sponsor the 18th Annual Business Awards on 28 September 2017, at Shangri-La Hotel in Singapore.
Hawksford is sponsoring the Start-Up Excellence category at the British Chamber of Commerce’s (BritCham) Annual Business Awards 2017.
Now in its 18th year, the awards recognise and celebrate the outstanding quality and achievements of businesses in Singapore. Since its launch, the awards have brought significant exposure to the businesses and individuals who participate.
The Start-Up Excellence category will identify an outstanding new company established in Singapore from 2014 onwards that demonstrates business growth, implementation of innovative business strategies and market leadership in its sector. Jacqueline Low, Chief Operating Officer, Asia will attend the event along with Hawksford colleagues Irene Tan, Business Development Manager, Sharon Lim, Head of Corporate Secretarial and Lee Meng Teng, Senior Manager Accounting & Tax.
Ms Low said: ‘We are delighted to sponsor the Annual Business Awards for the second year in a row and sponsorship of the Start-Up Excellence category supports our commitment to helping businesses starting or expanding in Singapore. It is important to celebrate the impact start-ups have in Singapore’s economic transformation and creating job opportunities, as well as the influence these businesses have on a global scale.’
The winners will be announced at a Gala Dinner on 28th September, which will be hosted by BBC’s Sharanjit Leyl and attended by keynote speaker and guest of honour Josephine Teo, Minister, Prime Minister’s Office and Second Minister for Manpower and Foreign Affairs, as well as His Excellency Scott Wightman, the British High Commissioner.
