Responsibilities

Loes has been working in the corporate services industry for over 25 years, managing teams and assisting listed and privately-owned international companies with all types of cross border transactions. Her main focus is on establishing long term relationships with clients and advisors. Loes has been a member of the board of many client entities during the years, amongst which companies in the financial industry, the energy and the real estate business. 

Loes joined Hawksford through the group’s acquisition of ACT Management Services B.V., a niche corporate management and financial services business in Amsterdam. Loes’ previous experience includes working for many years at a large international corporate services provider, with positions inside and outside the Netherlands, both as a member of the management team and as manager of client teams, consisting of legal and accounting specialists.

Qualifications and memberships

• Graduated at Nijmegen University in Corporate and International Law
• Qualified lawyer
