Responsibilities

Marco is responsible for advising multinational corporations, entrepreneurs and family-owned businesses on market entry, corporate governance and business expansion across Hong Kong and the wider Asia Pacific region.

He works closely with clients throughout the entire business lifecycle, from initial market assessment and entity setup to ongoing governance, compliance and operational support. He provides fiduciary oversight and guidance on corporate governance, regulatory compliance and risk management matters. He also advises on group restructuring projects and cross-border business operations.

Leveraging extensive experience in corporate services, Marco coordinates multidisciplinary teams across corporate, accounting, tax, payroll, HR and immigration functions, ensuring clients receive practical and commercially focused solutions to support their growth in Asia.
