Responsibilities

Alessandro is a Director based in our Luxembourg office, with more than 30 years of experience in financial services, corporate and investment structures, and regulated environments. He founded YT Investor Services S.A., guided the company through its authorisation as a CSSF-regulated specialised PSF, and led the business as Managing Director and shareholder until it became part of Hawksford in 2026.

He has extensive experience in the structuring, establishment and administration of Luxembourg corporate and investment vehicles, with specific knowledge of private equity and venture capital funds. Alessandro works closely with international clients throughout the lifecycle of their structures, acts as a director of regulated and unregulated entities, and manages wind-down and liquidation processes where appropriate.

Qualifications and memberships

• Master’s degree in Economics from University La Sapienza, Rome
• CAIA (Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association) charterholder
• Experience in CSSF-approved roles as authorised manager, director, liquidator and AML/CFT compliance officer

Notable achievements

• Founded YT Investor Services S.A., and led its development into a CSSF-regulated specialised PSF, serving as Managing Director and qualifying shareholding through to its acquisition by Hawksford
• Director of EFPA Luxembourg
• Designed and built the internal automation used to run fund administration and compliance workflows, reducing manual processing across the Luxembourg team
