Responsibilities

​​Maciek is the M&A Director at Hawksford, overseeing the overall M&A process from origination to closing. Working closely with the broader Hawksford management team, he is responsible for enhancing Hawksford’s M&A processes to deliver on the company’s strategic objectives, and oversees the dedicated M&A resources within the group. He joined Hawksford from Scutum Group, a global fire safety and electronic security corporation where he evaluated and executed acquisitions in Europe and the United States. Prior to this, he worked in advisory roles with, among others, Mazars, EY and KPMG, in various European, Asian and African geographies.​

• B.Com.(Honours) in Economics and Insurance​
