Mike is an Assistant Manager based in the Vancouver, Canada office with 11 years experience in the Banking Department and International Company formation. He is responsible for the management of the Canadian, Bahamas and Panama company portfolios, assisting clients with various banking matters, Fatca & CRS compliance and Business Development in the Mexican/Latam market.  Mike works closely with family offices, accounting firms, tax advisors, asset managers and entrepreneurial clients in Mexico.
