Responsibilities

Glen is a registered director under the Directors Registration and Licensing Law, 2014 of the Cayman Islands since 2014.  With more than 30 years of alternative investment management experience with a Big Four firm prior to 2024, he now offers his expertise to startup funds and large institutional grade managers as a non-executive independent director.

Glen’s industry experience, both onshore and offshore, is unique in today’s fund governance marketplace. His governance offering provides institutional investors with the comfort they demand.

Notable achievements

  • Glen joined the Paradigm Governance Partners (now Hawksford) team in October of 2024
  • He is formerly a member of Deloitte & Touche’s global financial services team and has more than 30 years of experience with Deloitte in three countries
  • This includes 20 years with Deloitte Cayman, where he served on various alternative investment management industry committees and Deloitte’s Global Financial Services Industry Group
  • Glen was the partner in charge of the audit practice of Deloitte Cayman for seven years before relocating to Deloitte’s US firm
  • Based in Chicago for seven years, he led Deloitte’s Emerging Manager Program in the US Midwest
  • Glen returned to the Cayman Islands in 2014 and co-founded Five Continents Partners to provide governance services to the investment management industry
  • He is also the co-founder of the Cayman Islands Chapter of Hedge Funds Care and has served on the global board of directors for this charity
  • Glen is also an umpire to the Cayman Islands Little League
