Responsibilities

Jenny is a Director with over 18 years’ experience in the administration of corporate and fiduciary structures. She leads service delivery across the Belfast and New Zealand offices, with broader oversight of client engagements spanning Ireland, the UK and Canada. Jenny is responsible for ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality governance, compliance and administrative services across multiple jurisdictions, supporting both complex structures and day-to-day operations.

Jenny manages a diverse international portfolio of corporate entities and trust structures, working closely with professional intermediaries, family offices and entrepreneurial clients. She provides strategic guidance on structuring, governance and compliance matters, while also playing a key role in developing and strengthening client relationships and supporting business growth initiatives.
