Responsibilities

​​Simon Guidecoq is a Director within Hawksford’s corporate global solutions team, leading the efforts to facilitate our clients’ international expansion. 

​The wide range of services he and his team can offer include: business setup and licensing, corporate secretarial, payroll and recruitment, accounting and tax reporting, and internationalisation research services.  

​With more than a decade of industry experience, Simon holds a PhD in economics and has been based in Singapore since 2012 – first as Financial Attache at the embassy of France in Singapore, then as CEO of the Singapore office of Healy Consultants Group, a company acquired by Hawksford in June 2023.  

​For more than ten years, Simon and his team have supported multiple companies of various sizes, helping them to expand their footprint across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.

• Managed the international expansion of a leading listed logistics USA multinational corporation into ten Asian countries simultaneously.
• ​​Assisted a leading Indian multinational restaurant aggregator and food delivery company to expand their footprint to Vietnam.
• ​Assisted multiple multinational corporations and startups to setup subsidiaries in virtually all regions in the world.
• ​Simon is a proud father of two children; he enjoys taking them for walks around Singapore on the weekends.​
