Responsibilities

Diederik is a Client Director with over 13 years’ experience in corporate services and is part of the management team of the Netherlands office. He joined Hawksford through the group’s acquisition of ACT Management Services B.V., a niche corporate management and financial services business in Amsterdam.

Diederik’s previous experience included working as a lawyer for 13 years and working for six years at a well-established corporate service provider where he assisted listed and non-listed companies with international corporate structures. Diederik has extensive experience as director of client entities.
