Responsibilities

Zichao is an Associate Director with over 15 years’ experience in strategic Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). He is part of the team that coordinates overall M&A activities, provides technical advice, execution and advisory to the Hawksford Group. Responsible for sourcing, analysing, valuing, negotiating and closing inorganic opportunities, Zichao works closely with internal service line leaders to identify potential targets. He is also closely knitted with external advisors across geographic jurisdictions, ensuring continued financial growth of the organisation through strategic acquisitions.
