A competent and committed financial professional with more than seven years in the financial sector with a proven track record of implementing financial projects through to its execution. Krishnee's expertise lies predominantly within the investment banking sector with a main focus on corporate finance coupled with knowledge on business development, company structuring, research, financial analysis, financial modelling. She has been driving several capital raising exercises that Safyr Capital led across sectors such as agriculture, mining, real estate and health care, deals worth more than USD 500 M within the corporate finance team. She is currently the Global M&A Manager with Hawksford and has a focus on corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, SPA negotiations, deal structuring, corporate finance, valuation, synergy cost project management, investment cases, costs, board presentations.
