Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, this role leads and supports the planning, development, and delivery of integrated marketing and communications initiatives that align with the Hawksford Group’s growth strategy. Responsibilities include managing multi-channel campaigns, overseeing key marketing projects, and working collaboratively with the wider team to ensure all activity supports business objectives and strengthens brand positioning.

Principal Accountabilities
- Lead marketing campaigns, plan, deliver, and track multi-channel campaigns across the Hawksford Group, ensuring alignment with business goals, budgets, and timelines
- Drive growth and develop strategic campaigns to support client acquisition, retention, and cross-sell opportunities across markets and service lines
- Build strong relationships with senior leadership to secure alignment, share insights, and ensure campaigns reflect business priorities
- Collaborate with intermediaries, chambers, and industry partners on joint initiatives, co-branded content, and events to extend reach and engagement
- Coordinate and manage Hawksford's events from concept to completion, including logistics, speakers, sponsorships, and post-event reporting
- Support the development and delivery of a bespoke content calendar. This includes identifying content themes, coordinating contributions from subject matter experts, and ensuring timely publication across relevant channels
- Oversee internal and external communications, manage the creation of marketing materials, articles, videos, and emails. Brief agencies and ensure brand and compliance standards are met
- Ensure all communications meet regulatory, compliance and brand standards of practice and carry the appropriate statements where necessary
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all communications adhere to Hawksford’s brand, compliance and regulatory standards
The type of person we are looking for:
- A confident and experienced campaign manager with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leaders.
- Experience in the Funds sector is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team of campaign managers.
- Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Level 4 or higher – preferred.
