As a Corporate Services Senior Administrator, you’ll take responsibility for your own client portfolio, managing your workload and coordinating a range of client-related tasks in accordance with our established procedures and policies.

Junior candidates will receive training to manage a portfolio of clients and develop the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to build a strong foundation in Corporate Services. 

Principal accountabilities:

Junior Administrator

  • Support the day‑to‑day administration of a portfolio of trusts and companies.

  • Handle client calls, e‑mails and correspondence, escalating important items to senior staff.

  • Manage tasks to agreed deadlines, recording all time clearly on the time‑recording system.

  • Review investment portfolios, liaising with brokers, managers and other intermediaries as required.

  • Perform monthly account checks; prepare reports, valuations and payment instructions.

  • Draft basic trust resolutions and company minutes.

  • Observe CDD requirements and stay current with regulatory changes.

  • Ensure all work is reviewed by your line manager and maintain strict client confidentiality.

  • Settle fee notes or arrange fund transfers and carry out general office duties as needed.

Administrator

  • Take full accountability for the administration of your own client portfolio.

  • Support the wider Corporate team on capital‑markets, debt & structured‑finance, real‑estate and Islamic‑finance transactions.

  • Liaise with internal and external board members and advisers, delivering accurate, timely service.

  • Assist with company secretarial work, including drafting board packs and issuing notices.

  • Prepare Client Due Diligence (CDD) packs and keep all client files fully compliant.

  • Maintain company databases with up‑to‑date client information.

  • Record time entries with clear, detailed narratives and help the team meet financial targets.

Senior Administrator

  • Administer a portfolio of complex corporate structures to the highest professional standards.

  • Build strong relationships with clients and third‑party advisers, applying commercial insight.

  • Draft and review minutes, resolutions, transaction documents and annual accounts.

  • Attend client meetings; identify opportunities for cross‑selling additional services.

  • Mentor and develop junior colleagues and provide cover for other portfolios when required.

  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of fiduciary legislation and ensure continuous CDD compliance.

  • Safeguard client confidentiality and contribute to the achievement of team financial targets.
