Responsibilities:

  • Assist in organising and coordinating board and committee meetings across various client entities.
  • Support the preparation and timely distribution of board packs and agendas.
  • Take meeting notes and help draft accurate, professional minutes under supervision.
  • Coordinate board meeting logistics, including scheduling, venue booking, and virtual/hybrid meeting setups.
  • Learn to use board management software and compliance tools to track deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate records of meetings and statutory registers in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Support senior team members in monitoring and adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Accurately record time using the company’s timekeeping system with clear and concise narratives.
  • Assist with internal reporting requirements and contribute to achieving team financial targets.
  • Collaborate with team members and internal departments to help meet client expectations.
  • Maintain high standards of service delivery, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes and efficiencies.
  • Stay up to date on relevant regulations and best practices in corporate governance.
  • Take part in team learning initiatives and be open to training and mentoring opportunities.
