We are seeking a strategic and analytical professional to join our team as a SEO (Search engine optimization) / GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) / AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) Specialist. This hybrid role focuses on enhancing our digital presence through advanced SEO techniques and optimising our strategies around GEO and AEO across company websites and conversational platforms, primarily via Google and AI tools.

Qualifications & Experience
- AI-Aware Content Strategy: Develop and implement content strategies that ensure our digital assets are easily discoverable and accurately interpreted by AI assistants and search engines.
- Bridge SEO & AI Indexing: Translate traditional SEO best practices into approaches that align with how large language models (LLMs) index and surface content
- Content Structuring: Design and structure content to be AI-friendly—conversational, answer-focused, and semantically rich—to improve visibility and relevance in AI-generated responses
- LLM Optimization: Stay current with how AI models retrieve and prioritize web content, and apply this knowledge to optimize our content for maximum reach and impact
Required Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO tools.
- Experience and track record of successful implementation of AEO and GEO strategies.
- Experience with AI chatbot platforms (e.g., Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, Rasa, or similar).
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
- Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and chatbot evaluation metrics.
- Ability to use data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for reporting and analysis.
- Knowledge of A/B testing, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and UX principles.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven track record of success in implementing SEO and AI strategies with measurable results.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SEO and/or AEO / GEO.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Marketing or related field.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Must be based in Dubai.
