As a Senior Executive Assistant you will provide high-quality administrative to the Managing Directors, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of their schedules and activities. The role also includes supporting the wider business with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required. Principal Accountabilities: -
Executive assistant support
- Provide high level day to day executive support to the Managing Directors
- Own calendar management including scheduling, prioritisation, and meeting coordination
- Arrange travel, accommodation, itineraries, and logistics end to end
- Prepare meeting materials and agendas and track follow up actions and deliverables
- Act as the first point of contact for senior level correspondence and inbound requests
- Support expense processing, approvals workflow, and basic record keeping
Administrative Support
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems to a high standard
- Prepare, format, and control documents and oversee data integrity and version control
- Support internal workflows and general office administration
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as required
- Ensure professional front of house and office coordination in an in office environment
Skills & Experience
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage complex schedules and competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication, including professional stakeholder correspondence and confident liaison at senior levels.
- Highly detail-oriented, with strong document standards, accuracy, and consistent follow-through.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple workstreams, prioritise effectively, and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with confidence producing polished materials and presentations.
- Discreet, professional, and trusted, with high judgement and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior leadership, including proactive diary management, meeting coordination, and logistics/travel planning.
- Experience in a professional services or corporate environment, with strong client-service mindset and attention to stakeholder experience.
- Proactive and adaptable, with a continuous improvement mindset and willingness to take ownership of new responsibilities.
