CRM & Data Insights Officer

We are looking for someone who is financially numerate, CRM literate and who enjoys data analysis, reporting and presentation. They must have good written and verbal communication skills and be able to work across teams, supporting a wide variety of projects for the purposes of business development, cross-selling and marketing.

Location: Jersey
Before you apply: Five years’ Jersey residency required for this role, as required by Control of Housing and Work (Jersey) Law 2012.

The type of person we are looking for:

We are looking for someone who is financially numerate, CRM literate and who enjoys data analysis, reporting and presentation. They must have good written and verbal communication skills and be able to work across teams, supporting a wide variety of projects for the purposes of business development, cross-selling and marketing.

Principal accountabilities:

  • Report on new business growth and results, working closely with Group Finance
  • Analysis of results and data to identify trends and spot correlations
  • Execute and maintain a dashboard strategy for all those responsible for business development in order to guide and enhance effective decision making
  • Conduct market research to identify prospective markets, intermediaries and clients for business development teams to target
  • Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of CRM data including data cleansing, best practice record keeping and data upkeep
  • Manage and execute the process of design and delivery of CRM improvements inclusive of CRM architecture, structures and policies for new business 
  • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline the delivery of analytics, insights; supporting business development and marketing operations and client teams
  • Support the management of targeted marketing campaigns (e.g. segmentation, marketing lists) and post-campaign analysis reports/insights
  • Provide training and refresher training
  • Work closely with the IT team and third party vendors to enhance CRM database and troubleshoot problems

 

The knowledge and skills required:

  • 4+ years of experience and knowledge of analytical or database software.  Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is preferable, as is an understanding of marketing software such as Hubspot
  • Data analysis using SQL
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Possess strong analytics skills
  • Be effective in cross-functional collaboration
  • Good communications skills
