Roles at this level provide support, directly or indirectly to team based upon a good understanding of a technical, professional or specialised field. They plan and ensure progress within established procedures and clearly defined Company policy. They are expected to identify gaps in information, and conduct analyses to solve/resolve problems and issues with short-term consequences. Individuals are responsible for planning and organising their own work. There is a need for liaison and the co-ordination of activities across several subsections of the Company. Principal Accountabilities:
- Support global billing processes across multiple offices.
- Support in the maintaining of global time records and financial operations.
- Support in credit control tasks for global offices.
- Support the global monthly management information process.
- Support global weekly KPI and financial analysis reporting.
- Input banking in relation to accounts receivable.
- Provide cover in absence of other team members.
- Support change initiatives and finance projects.
- Maintain client and staff confidentiality in accordance with policy.
