Trainee - Governance, Risk and Compliance
We are looking for a Trainee to join our Governance, Risk & Compliance team. This is a trainee role which will involve performing tasks across GRC with regular and direct supervision as well as responding to routing queries or issues.

- Governance – monitor queries from the business and assist with providing timely responses and tracking requests to completion. May also include preparation for Committee meetings, attendance at meetings for purpose of minute taking or shadowing, and assistance with minute writing, action logging and tracking, review or updates to policies and procedures, or database updates.
- Risk– assist with preparation for risk meetings, extraction of routine risk data such as MI and KRIs, assistance with preparation of board reporting, and assisting with logging, tracking and resolving actions.
- Compliance – assist with update and monitoring of various Compliance registers and records, preparing for inspections/ audits / information requests, assisting with screening. The role will also include undertaking compliance monitoring testing (with appropriate supervision).
