Junior Helpdesk Support

We are looking for a Junior Helpdesk Support to provide support service to end users covering any software or hardware related problems. The successful candidate will support our office and will be required to perform and resolve a variety of technical issues.



    Location: Singapore

Principal accountabilities of the role include:

  • Assist local and overseas colleagues query either through Face to Face, calls or Remote Access
  • Monitor System Alerts and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain the equipment asset register and support the auditing and tracking of Operations assets
  • Assist in IT deployment projects when needed

The knowledge and skills required:

  • Certificate/ Diploma in any Field
  • Experience in Microsoft Office 365
  • Knowledge in Cloud Based environment will be an advantage
