Southeast Asia continues to offer significant opportunities for international businesses, whether you’re entering the region for the first time or looking to grow an existing presence across multiple markets.

Singapore provides a natural gateway to Southeast Asia, offering a strong business environment, regional connectivity and a strategic base from which to manage and support operations across the region.

Expansion across Southeast Asia is rarely a one-size-fits-all exercise. Legal, regulatory, tax, banking and operational requirements can vary significantly between markets, making it important to consider where to establish, how to structure operations and the role Singapore can play within a wider regional strategy.

Bringing together perspectives from Hawksford, Rajah & Tann, OCBC Bank and Collaborative Working Solutions, this webinar will explore the practical considerations businesses should think about as they enter, establish and expand in Southeast Asia.

We will explore:

  • Singapore as a regional hub: How businesses can use Singapore as a base to manage, support and grow operations across Southeast Asia
  • Entering Southeast Asia: Key considerations when assessing opportunities, selecting markets and establishing your presence in Southeast Asia
  • Navigating different markets: Understanding how legal, regulatory, tax, banking and operational considerations vary across the region
  • Growing your regional presence: How to evolve your structure and operating model as your business expands into additional markets
