It has offices in 14 countries and its founders are resident in both the UK and Dubai. The company specialises in digital marketing, mobile /web development, UX, strategy, analysis and tech. The business builds profit generating tools to increase website revenue by personalising the user experience, provides lead generation services, web search, comparison shopping and affiliate marketing services.
Client's challenge
Following a merger, the client needed to ensure tax neutrality, given its multi jurisdictional operating model as well as a need to outsource its governance function to an expert. The founders of the business already had links to Hawksford and so had experience of our strategic and agile approach to delivering the highest standards of governance.
