Junior Trust Administrator

We are looking for a Junior Trust Administrator to be responsible for providing support and assistance to the trust officers and senior staff with the administration of a varied portfolio of trusts and companies.

Location: Singapore


Principal accountabilities:

  • Executing Business Development and Marketing initiatives;
  • Working with BD and Admin team to On-board new clients in compliance with internal procedures including working with GRC
  • Data management activities – including CRM and client data;
  • Preparation of client proposals;
  • Basic trust and company administration with support from Trust Manager;
  • Any ad-hoc tasks as required

  • Meticulous and discreet in handling confidential information
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • A good communicator
  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Able to work to tight deadlines

Skills required:

  • 2 years in an administrative role in a Financial Services Company
  • Diploma or Degree holder in any relevant field preferred
  • Good knowledge and familiarity of AML/CFT requirements advantageous
