eFront Technical Lead, Europe,

We are seeking a proactive and motivated individual to take ownership of our eFront application, ensuring its smooth operation and continual improvement. We are on an exciting growth journey at Hawksford and this is a great opportunity for someone to grow our eFront footprint, working closely with the Operations team and Funds team to expand its usage within our global office base. This is a hands-on role that also offers the opportunity to support other key technology platforms within the business, working closely with a collaborative and agile team. There will be a need for the successful candidate to travel between our European offices and work there for extended periods.

Principal accountabilities:
- Provide day-to-day support and maintenance of the eFront application.
- Relationship manager with BlackRock.
- Lead and manage training to existing and new employees.
- Act as the primary point of contact for eFront-related issues, enhancements, and user queries.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
- Support additional critical business systems and contribute to ongoing projects and platform improvements.
- Document system processes, policies/proc user guides, and technical specifications.
- Be responsible for system upgrades, testing, and configuration.
- Lead migrations of data from other jurisdictions/systems into eFront.
- Build and manage imports of data from various sources (systems, Excel etc).
The type of person we are looking for:
- Proven experience supporting and implementing eFront.
- Technically proficient with eFront (as a system admin).
- Strong knowledge of FrontScript, Query Builder and Dashboards.
- A strong understanding of SQL, reporting tools, or data integration processes.
- A strong understanding of the technical infrastructure that supports the eFront application.
- Experience with eFront customisation modules (Customise Screen, Server, Access rights etc.).
- Experience developing, testing and deploying new functionality in eFront (using Config Migration).
- Strong understanding of eFront’s database schema, GUI and reporting libraries.
- A driven, motivated attitude with a passion for technology and problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Strong communication skills and a flexible mindset to adapt to evolving priorities.
