Responsibilities

Sébastien is Director in our Luxembourg office and heads a team dedicated to the funds industry. He assists his clients in accounting, administrative, regulatory, tax and legal matters in Luxembourg. His career has given him experience supervising several major transactions involving various intermediaries such as auditors, lawyers, banks and the clients themselves with the aim of satisfying all parties. Due to this experience, Sébastien also has significant knowledge of the French market and goes to Paris several times a year to meet intermediaries and clients, and to attend events.

Qualifications and memberships

• Diploma in Business Studies and Finance
• Advanced vocational diploma in Taxation, Finance and Accounting
• ALFI (Association of the Luxembourg fund industry) member

Notable achievements

• Leads the yearly participation of our Luxembourg office in a race called ‘Business Run’ (5km), which sees several thousand participants, and where one of our team members won a few years ago
