Responsibilities

Ruud is an experienced corporate lawyer with over 15 years in the field. As Director, he specialises in complex financial transactions and restructuring international structures. He also has extensive experience of acting as a director and board member for international structures operating across multiple jurisdictions.

Ruud’s previous experience includes working at various well-established corporate service providers where he assisted private clients, listed and non-listed companies, and private equity firms. He has led and supported complex corporate reorganisations, governance projects and cross-border transactions for multinational groups, entrepreneurs and private clients.

He is passionate about building strong client relationships, developing high-performing teams and helping organisations navigate complex regulatory environments. Ruud also speaks Dutch and English fluently.
