Responsibilities

Guilherme is an Associate Director with extensive experience in corporate services and external reporting for Dutch and international structures. He supports multinational groups, holding companies and operating entities with complex accounting, tax and regulatory requirements, with a strong focus on the Dutch legal and reporting framework. He also has significant expertise in Dutch GAAP and IFRS, consolidation matters, and transaction-related accounting and reporting.

Guilherme has more than 17 years of experience in accounting and external audit in the Netherlands and Brazil. Before joining Hawksford, he spent over 12 years at KPMG, progressing to Senior Manager and leading audit engagements, managing client relationships and supporting colleagues’ professional development. At Hawksford, he is a member of the Netherlands management team, shares responsibility for the Client Accounting team and oversees periodic reporting and the preparation of statutory and consolidated financial statements for a diverse portfolio of Dutch and international clients.
