Responsibilities

Catherine is a Director in our Luxembourg team with more than 20 years’ experience, first as an auditor in a big four and then in the fiduciary industry. Her role involves supervising a team in charge of a portfolio dedicated to capital markets, consisting mainly of SPVs, securitisation companies and other financing structures with bonds issuances.

Catherine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Mons-Hainaut, Belgium and a Master’s degree in Auditing from Impact Cooremans in Bruxelles, Belgium. She also participates towards several working groups of the Luxembourg Capital Market Association (LuxCMA).
