Arthur Ciesielski

Responsibilities

As CFO of Luxembourg, Arthur is responsible for the overall financial management and performance of the Luxembourg business. He works closely with local and Group decision makers, providing financial and strategic input to support the ambitious growth plans and create value for its investors. He also collaborates with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, providing financial information and insights to support effective business management and informed decision-making.

Arthur is actively involved in M&A transactions, contributing to due diligence and post-transaction integration. Arthur has over 12 years of experience across corporate finance, corporate services and financial audit, working with both commercial and private equity businesses. He began his career at EY, where he gained experience in auditing statutory and consolidated financial statements for commercial and private equity clients across a range of industries. Prior to joining Hawksford, Arthur worked at Alter Domus, where he developed extensive experience in corporate services and client accounting, as well as in the implementation and administration of international holding, financing and real estate structures.
