Alessandro is a Director in Luxembourg with more than 18 years of experience in corporate services, governance and administration. He specialises in the structuring and oversight of holding companies, financing platforms and securitisation vehicles.

Throughout his career, Alessandro has advised multinational groups, investors and private clients on corporate administration, compliance, financial reporting and cross-border reorganisations. He also serves as director of several Luxembourg entities, providing governance and strategic oversight.

In his current role, Alessandro oversees the delivery of administration, accounting and compliance services, with a strong focus on client relationships and service excellence. His technical and governance experience enables him to support clients throughout the lifecycle of their Luxembourg structures.

Qualifications and memberships

• Master’s degree in Finance, Audit and Control by Institut de Formation Bancaire Luxembourg and PWC
• Chartered accountant in Luxembourg and member of the Ordre des Experts-Comptables (OEC)
• Member of the Luxembourg Institute of Governance (ILA)
