Hawksford today (1 October 2026) completed the legal and operational merger of three of its recently acquired Luxembourg businesses. United Luxembourg, Equiom Luxembourg and YT Investor Services (part of the YT Group) have come together under the Hawksford brand as one unified platform, strengthening group’s presence in the jurisdiction.
The merger relates specifically to Hawksford’s three Luxembourg entities regulated as Professionnels du Secteur Financier (PSF) by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF). Going forward, the combined PSF business will operate as Hawksford (Luxembourg) S.A., bringing the three businesses’ complementary corporate and fund services expertise under one name.
Your TACS S.A., which formed part of Hawksford’s acquisition of YT Group, will not be part of the merger. Regulated by the Ordre des Experts-Comptables (OEC), it will continue to operate as Your TACS – Part of Hawksford.
The merger of the three PSF businesses marks the completion of the first phase of Hawksford’s Luxembourg growth strategy, with the unified identity providing greater clarity for clients, intermediaries and the wider market, while maintaining Hawksford’s emphasis on longstanding relationships, personal service and access to experienced local professionals. As a result of the acquisitions, Hawksford now has a headcount of more than 70 sector professionals in the jurisdiction.
The newly merged Luxembourg operation will be led locally by Claude Crauser, Managing Director – Funds and Sinan Sar, Managing Director – Corporate, who will work together to provide continuity while also leading the next stage of Hawksford’s development in Luxembourg.

Commenting on the completion of the merger, Sinan Sar said: “This move to bring together our three Luxembourg businesses under one Hawksford umbrella provides clients with greater clarity, enabling enhanced access to local expertise and Hawksford’s international network spanning a full range of corporate and fund services. With a clear commitment to personalised service, we look forward to continuing to enhance our support for clients.”
Claude Crauser added: “The completion of this merger represents a significant milestone for Hawksford, reflecting its commitment to the jurisdiction as a key strategic hub for cross-border structuring and international investment, and laying the foundations for continued investment in people, technology, governance and operational infrastructure. Looking forward, Luxembourg will play an important role as a centre of expertise for the Group’s corporate and fund services and as part of its future European and global expansion plans.”
