Responsibilities
Sue is responsible for the day to day management of the People Team, which includes all administration for the recruitment and selection of new staff.
Alongside managing and mentoring the People Team Advisor, Sue manages the various benefit schemes including the Pension Scheme, providing advice to staff on a confidential basis and acting as an intermediary between them and the provider, and handling administration and queries.
She oversees Hawksford’s Employee Reward Scheme and envied Employee Incentive Programme.
Qualifications & Memberships
• CIPD Certificate & CIPD Diploma in Human Resources Practice
• Institute of Leadership & Management for Jersey Employment Law
• Associate of Learning and Performance Institute
Notable Achievements
• Winner of the 2016 CEO award – an internal award voted for by the management team
• Responsible for all trainee recruitment including the trainee events
• Assisted with designing and implementing the new trainee scheme
• Arranged over 100 staff incentive events over five years
