Responsibilities

Matthew is our chief integration officer with almost 30 years’ experience in driving change. He is responsible for project managing and overseeing the successful integration of our ongoing acquisitions as well integration of existing Hawksford teams and getting the best out of our Technology and processes.

Since joining Hawksford in 2009, Matthew has held several senior roles across the group, including Asia COO, Managing Director of our China office, Chief Technology Officer and Global Head of Operations.

In addition, he continues to lead the Global Operations team, with responsibility for data management projects and streamlining infrastructure across the group.

Notable achievements

• Matthew is a keen runner in his spare time, and takes part in a number of events including marathons and half marathons
