 Principal Accountabilities: 

  • Reviewing job applicants through the various sourcing channels and ensure that feedback is provided to them in a timely fashion (whether positive or negative). This includes candidates who have undergone an assessment process.
  • Monitoring the various sourcing platforms as well as HRIS system to ensure that data integrity is being maintained. This includes reviewing contents of vacancies being advertised.
  • Be an ambassador for recruitment initiatives alongside their reporting line, as well as contribute towards building the employer brand.
  • Contribute towards the global implementation of an ATS system which includes forming part of the project team.
  • Support the Global Resourcing Manager to attract candidates by promoting job opportunities through the use of social media and other channels.
  • Dealing with all aspects of recruitment and selection, including interviewing where necessary.
  • Responsible for recruitment correspondence such as replying to candidates, calling candidates to interview or declining applications.
  • Responsible for updating the career website with all current global vacancies.
  • Responsible for sending out regular vacancy updates internally, whilst promoting the staff referral scheme.
  • Support with reviewing job descriptions with hiring managers and update when required.

The successful candidate must have:

  • Minimum five years prior experience as a Recruiter hiring for multiple jurisdictions in Consultancy and / or within an inhouse role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a passion for delivering an outstanding experience to stakeholders and candidates alike.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using HRIS, ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter or other recruitment tools.
  • Demonstrate evidence on driving employer branding initiatives, recruitment marketing and social media attraction strategies
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach, taking ownership of assigned vacancies, data and recruitment administration activities.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate data across multiple platforms.
