Principle Accountabilities:

• Record accounting transactions and maintain accurate accounting records
• Perform account reconciliations and prepare periodic and annual financial reporting
• Process client and supplier invoices
• Prepare and file VAT returns and assist with other tax compliance matters
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting procedures and internal controls
  
  

The successful candidate must have:

• Degree in Accounting or a related field (Bachelor's or Master's level, or equivalent), with at least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Solid knowledge of Luxembourg GAAP and the Luxembourg tax framework
• Experience in the accounting of Luxembourg holding, financing and investment companies
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, etc.)
• Good command of the Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge of SAP would be considered an advantage
• Well-organised, detail-oriented, autonomous, and able to meet deadlines, with a proactive attitude
• Ability to thrive in a small, highly qualified team
• Fluent in French and English. Knowledge of Italian will be considered an additional asset.
