Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager in Hawksford’s Jersey office, Stewart manages a team of three administrators that provide an array of corporate services to a global client book. 

Previously having worked for a specialist share plan provider, Stewart has vast expertise in employee benefit structures having set up and administered several structures for large corporations including FTSE-100 listed companies.

Stewart’s corporate clients include a variety of SME to larger multinational business that work across a variety of industries including media trading, gaming, fin-tech and e-commerce. Corporate governance is at the heart of Stewart’s work, which allows his client’s to operate in a sound and efficient manner and to keep their focus on their strategic ambitions.

Recently of note is Stewart’s structured finance and debt and equity capital markets work. In 2020 Stewart successfully managed the establishment and ongoing delivery of a complex securities issuance programme for the USA’s second largest investment bank.
