Responsibilities

As a Manager in Hawksford’s Corporate Services team, Lauren is responsible for the management of a team of 5 administrators as well as delivering first class corporate administration services to a global client base. Lauren manages a client book involving a range of complex structures including special purpose vehicles based in Jersey, England, Dubai, New Zealand, US and the Bahamas. Lauren’s clients hold a variety of differing assets such as property, investments, aviation and business interests.

In her daily routine Lauren helps to deliver effective corporate governance to businesses with net worth’s of over $10 Billion, assisting with the ongoing compliance of legal and regulatory requirements.

Lauren also has a wealth of commercial transaction experience, especially in real estate, having structured and managed the acquisition and sale of prime residential property in New York as part of a multimillion dollar property investment strategy.

Lauren regularly travels to the UK to meet with her clients and their advisers.
