Responsibilities

Francesca is a Senior Associate with 9 years’ experience in immigration, data protection, relationships with local intermediaries (law firms, notaries in HK). She assists clients with immigration related services and supports clients that need assistance with legal related matters, by working closely with and liaising with trusted local intermediaries (law firms, notaries). She is also the Data Protection Officer and the MLRO & CO for the HK office. 

Qualifications and memberships

• Master’s degree in law (University of Parma – Italy)
• Certified Data Protection Officer (The Knowledge Academy)
• ICA Certificate in Anti-Money Laundering (International Compliance Association)

• Organised and spoke at an event co-hosted by Hawksford Hong Kong and JC Legal (law firm) in May 2023
