Senior Finance Officer, Group

Key Responsibilities

• Support preparation of monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and MI packs
• Partner with Shared Service Centres to oversee transaction processing, month‑end close, and issue resolution
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Maintain a strong financial control and governance framework
• Support statutory reporting, audit, and tax compliance
• Contribute to process improvements, system enhancements, and finance transformation initiatives

Requirements

• Associated Degree/ Higher Dep in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• 3 years’ relevant experience in finance, accounting, or audit
• Hands‑on experience working with or managing Shared Service Centres
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience in professional services or multinational environments preferred
