People Development Administrator,

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and detail-oriented administrator to join our small, supportive People Development team. Based in Mauritius, this global support role will provide essential administrative assistance across all four of our People Development quadrants - Risk, Personal, Operational, and Professional Knowledge - supporting colleagues across multiple global locations. This is a varied and rewarding role, perfect for someone who enjoys being helpful, doesn’t mind repetitive tasks, and is confident acting as a first point of contact for queries. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Principal Accountabilities: -
Training Coordination- Schedule training sessions and CPD sessions by liaising with facilitators, intermediaries, and internal stakeholders. This will include booking rooms, configuring Teams meetings, and sending any presentations and training materials to participants and the room in advance.
- Gather and collate feedback from training participants
- Review and process requests including:
- Funding applications
- Professional membership renewals
- Exam and certificate updates
- Share student feedback from our qualifications training providers with managers, highlighting any trends or areas for support.
- Organise reward vouchers for employees who successfully complete exams or qualifications
- Maintain and update the qualification register for Jersey
- Produce reports on:
- Historical qualification costs for leaver clawbacks
- Training costs for Mauritian government reimbursement
- Upload learning content to the LMS to meet business needs
- Run simple LMS reports to support internal subject matter experts as required
- Collate, process and track invoices for learning and development activity, ready for the Manager to approve
- Create and send engaging promotional materials for learning events using Canva (training provided)
- Run CPD reports
- Maintain L&D staff folders, ensuring these are kept up to date
- Manage L&D data held in the Global HR system, ensuring this is always up to date and accurate.
Communication and Liaison
- Monitor the People Development inbox and provide first-line responses to queries and requests, escalating when necessary
- Assist employees with regards to training opportunities
- Liaise with external training providers and internal stakeholders
