Marketing and Communications Executive ,

To support the Group Marketing Manager and the wider marketing team to deliver an integrated, marketing communications strategy to support the Hawksford Group, and align business growth strategy. This includes supporting in planning, developing and helping to execute marketing activities.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Support the delivery of Hawksford’s integrated marketing communications strategy in line with business growth objectives.
  • Support and develop marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.
  • Help the coordination of events, both online and in person, with administration, invitations, sponsorships and any follow up activities.
  • Assist in building and maintaining strong partnerships with intermediaries to help identify collaboration opportunities.
  • Deliver quality content across digital, social and offline channels in line with the marketing calendar.
  • Support internal and external communication initiatives to strengthen engagement with clients, intermediaries and employees.
  • Maintain and update digital platforms, including the website, social media and intranet, ensuring consistency of messaging and tone.
  • Ensure all communications meet regulatory, compliance and brand standards of practice and carry the appropriate statements where necessary
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all communications adhere to Hawksford’s brand, compliance and regulatory standards

  • Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Level 4 or equivalent – desired
