Junior Corporate Services Administrator , Corporate

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Corporate Services Administrator to support our operational and client servicing teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the early stages of their career who is eager to develop strong administrative, operational and regulatory skills in a professional environment.

Principle Accountabilities:

• Supporting the daily administrative and operational functions of the firm
• Managing client documentation and maintaining internal records and filing systems
• Assisting with document preparation, coordination and internal follow-ups
• Liaising with third-party service providers and authorities as required
• Assisting with the collection and organisation of financial statements, records and supporting documentation
• Providing support with client and regulatory administration matters
• To liaise with brokers, investment managers, intermediaries and third parties at an appropriate level
• To complete as required payment instructions
• Supporting the corporate services and compliance teams with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Assisting with aspects of company secretarial matters, including the drafting and preparation of board packs and issuance of notices
• To record all time on the Company’s time recording system and ensure narrative is clear and sufficiently detailed
• To assist in achieving financial targets as determined by management
